Healthcare Consulting of Arizona LLC ("HCOA Health," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to hcoahealth.com — it does not cover information we collect in person, by phone, or through paper intake forms as part of providing wellness services.

If you use the "Book a Consultation" form on this site, we collect your first and last name, email address, cell phone number, the general reason you're reaching out (Weight Loss, Wellness Check, Infusion Therapy, or Other), and any additional message you choose to enter. We use this solely to respond to your request and schedule a consultation. Submissions are sent to our staff by email and are not stored in a database on this website.

We do not collect detailed health history, medical information, or treatment goals through this website — only the general topic of your inquiry, as described above. Detailed health information is gathered in person or by phone as part of your consultation and care, and is handled separately from anything described in this policy.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our web server automatically logs some technical information when you visit — for example, your browser type, general device information, the page you came from, and your IP address. This is standard server activity logging, used only to keep the site running securely, and is not used to build a profile of you.

We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, or any other analytics or advertising tracking tool on this site. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy to reflect it before any such tool goes live.
